1General Provisions and Acceptance

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 8n88 reserves the right to immediately close any account where false information has been provided.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

8n88 provides services to players residing in Bangladesh. Access may be restricted from certain regions or countries. You confirm that using online gaming services from your location is legally permitted for you.

3Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 8n88 support immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account, household, or address
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Cashback and other offers may have separate rules
• 8n88 reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or cancel any bonus offer
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited

5.4 VIP Cashback

8n88's VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

8n88 uses software from third-party verified game providers, which ensures fair play through SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

Once a game result is determined, it is final. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, 8n88 reserves the right to void that round's result and refund the relevant amount.

6.3 Multiple Device Use

A member may not log into the same account from multiple devices at the same time. This restriction is in place for security purposes.

6.4 Software Integrity

Any interference with the game software, reverse engineering, or use of automated scripts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8n88 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes
• Placing coordinated bets to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse or arbitrage)
• Selling, transferring, or allowing a third party to use an account
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorized access
• Match fixing or illegally interfering with any sporting event
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members
• Copying or reproducing the platform's content

If any of the above activities are detected, 8n88 may close the account without notice and forfeit any funds held. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may contact the support team at any time to request account closure. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be settled and the balance that meets wagering requirements will be returned.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 8n88

8n88 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the Terms is detected
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspicious financial activity
• The member activates self-exclusion at their own request
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority

8.3 Return of Balance

In the event of account closure where no breach of Terms has occurred, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. Where a breach has occurred, the balance may be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability

8n88 bears no liability for:

• Games interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or third-party network issues
• Losses arising from force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government orders)
• Any errors or losses caused by your device or software
• Disclosure of your account information to a third party where this results from your own negligence

Our total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.
